I prefer to start by asking writers what THEIR goals are for the piece and tailor my feedback towards achieving those goals. For sensitivity reading, I am willing to advise writers based on my lived experience with aromanticism, asexuality, trans masc/non-binary gender identities, and trans masc/non-binary social/medical/legal gender transitions.
