I have been ficbinding/bookbinding for a few years now and absolutely love the entire process!

Additional notes about labor offered:
I use Affinity Publisher to typeset and will provide both a straight PDF as well as an impositioned one (broken up into signatures, or the small booklets that you sew together), including internal art and optional endpaper design.

Subjects/theme/tropes of interest:
Anything that lends itself to a strong visual design theme is always really fun to work on from a typesetting perspective, but that is in NO way a requirement.

Unwilling to address:
This is really dependent on how detailed things are, as I don't need to read every word of a fic to typeset it. If the fic you want a typeset of is covered by the archive warnings, or involves any bigotry/hate crimes/conversion therapy etc, come chat to me before bidding so that I can do a bit of a sense check of the fic in question. Anything kink negative or sex work(er) negative is also not something I'm comfortable typesetting.

Other notes:
For my own personal comfort/happiness, if the fic you want me to typeset isn't your own (or mine!) please make sure that they either have blanket permission for ficbinds or you've gotten permission from them.

I'm most comfortable and confident writing FirstPrince but I'm happy to give most things I go—I do love a rareship! I wrote Liam/Pez as well as Zahra/Shaan for FTH 2024, so don't be afraid to pitch a rarer ship or a gen-focused idea.

Subjects/theme/tropes of interest:
I have a particular interest in: Kink and the psychology of kink, Queer Feelings™️, Oxford Slut Phase celebrations, college AUs, anything super tropey, epistolary, fairytale/fae, modern magic. But really I am down for most things, especially if it's a little bit silly and fun.

Unwilling to address:
Main couple permanently separated by death (magical resurrection/afterlife depictions/etc are fine), possessive/jealous behaviour, anything kink/slut phase/sex work(er) negative, high school AUs.

Other notes:
Happy to work with you in terms of how much input you want—I generally work best with the germ of an idea and a little bit of a vision and then being free to run wild with it, but if you have something more specific, let's talk about it! If you have a specific kink in mind or are looking for something that might require an archive warning, come chat to me before bidding—happy to talk it through, I’m pretty open to most things, but want to make sure I can deliver for you before you bid. If you want to use this to get me to finish a WIP you know about/write a prequel or a sequel to one of my existing fics/etc I’m also open to that, but again come talk to me first as I have more flexibility on some of those than others and I want you to get something that’s for YOU.
